The Energy Exchange is a creative wellness experience designed to recharge energy, deepen connection, and expand what’s possible in the way we design experiences for work, events and REAL PEOPLE!

This immersive afternoon invites Event Planners, HR leaders, and Experience Creators to step out of constantly doing and into Presence, Play, and AWE. Through guided creative wellness experiences, interactive activations, and high-energy moments of collective joy, laughter and purposeful fun, you’ll experience how shifting energy transforms connection, creativity, and performance.

Because when the energy changes, everything changes. Changing the energy changes what’s possible for your people, your clients, and your attendees.

Curated by Founder and Creative Wellness Designer Joanna Lean, The Energy Exchange brings together those who design experiences for others and rarely pause to refill their own cup. This is a space to reconnect with your energy, feel inspired, and experience creative wellness in action through practical, feel-good tools for your wellbeing.
